Overview

We have loved to have women behave the way we desire, we have been annoyed and reacted severely and have taken no time to suppress her and pin her down. Are we not a guilty society? We who have deprived them a seat at religious ceremonies, we have not hesitated to shut them up in gatherings, we have mocked their ideas and points of view, laughed at their ambition and taken extra time to discourage them. We have not withheld our hand from slapping or beating in public, we have treated her like a puppet that must dance to our tune. All this calls for a deep penetration into our inner selves and introspection. The book invites the readers to examine themselves and their society in the light of what they have read here.
