The book lays out a surface of an argument that the idea of the Church rests on the theoretical frame basically the twin biblical truth as "transcendence" and "immanence." Failing the balancing a term "trans-immanence" was defined as "the dynamic force of liberating spirit" according to Jean-Luc Nancy.
